• Asbestos certificates

Due to our major expansion, we are looking for motivated candidates who wish to retrain or specialise as Asbestos Inventory Experts (ADI).

Your challenge

You will follow a recognised, five-day training course to become an Asbestos Inventory Expert, organised via a certified accreditation institution at our head office in Laakdal.
After successfully obtaining your certificate, you will start working as an asbestos expert and will be responsible for preparing asbestos inventories for our clients' houses, flats, and other buildings.

You work independently on-site and:

• Carries out inspections and takes samples
• gathers the necessary information and documents
• processes your findings digitally
• draws up correct and clear asbestos certificates

No two working days are the same. You come into contact with different people and buildings daily, which guarantees variety.
Property experts operates throughout Belgium, but for this expansion, we are primarily looking for candidates from:

• The Kempen
• Limburg
• Flemish Brabant

Our planning service ensures efficient route planning, so you can fully focus on your assignments.
In addition, you will be the point of contact for customers, explaining the inspection process and the certificate in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Although you work independently, you are part of a close-knit team that you can always rely on.

Your profile

• You must have at least a secondary school diploma.
• A background in construction, engineering, or installations would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
• You are interested in the construction sector and regulations surrounding asbestos.
• You work accurately and with structure
• You are computer-literate and quickly learn new software
• You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch
• You are customer-friendly, independent and responsible.
• You have an eye for quality and detail
• You have a Category B driving licence
