We do this by starting from the interests of our customer with an offer based on broad expertise.<br \/>\nWe are responsible for carrying out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) inspections, electrical installation inspections, and fuel oil tank inspections. The drafting of site descriptions, the installation and removal of property signs, and the issuing of asbestos certificates also fall within our range of services. At Vastgoedexperts, we work with a young and ambitious team. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an account manager for the regions of East and West Flanders.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Your challenge as an account manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Together with the sales manager, you will be partly responsible for the development and implementation of effective strategic sales plans with a clear vision of sales and practical actions in the short and long term.<\/li>\n<li>You maintain an excellent relationship with your existing clients and, when necessary, you are prepared to go the extra mile for them.<\/li>\n<li>You will also actively seek out new potential customers and map out their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Complaints handling and the correct follow-up of complaints are also part of your responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>You increase customer loyalty through commercial promotions and events related to our products, and actively participate in (online) events to represent the company.<\/li>\n<li>I regularly enhance my own knowledge and skills with the necessary training and development.<\/li>\n<li>You monitor trends and developments in your field.<\/li>\n<li>You report to the sales manager weekly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-job-section -profile\">\n<h2><strong>Your strengths<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a positive, ambitious, proactive thinker who enjoys investing in genuine partnerships with clients.
