About Real Estate Experts BV

Real Estate Experts is a young and dynamic company specialising in offering services associated with the sale or rental of real estate. We do this by starting from the interests of our customer with an offer based on broad expertise.

We carry out EPC inspections, as well as inspections and decontamination of fuel oil tanks. We also provide site descriptions and conformity certificates, property photography, (dis)assembly of real estate signs and delivery of asbestos certificates.
At Real Estate Experts, we work with a young and ambitious team. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an additional placeholder in Limburg.

Your challenge as a placeholder

After a training period you will go on site visits in your own region, making site descriptions of different types of premises. Our planning department will map out your route and assist you where necessary during your working day. An Ipad is provided for the completion of the site description, allowing you to get a large part of the work done on site. The rest of the administration will be done at your home address, unless otherwise agreed.

Your strengths

• Practical experience or a degree in a construction-related field are an asset
• To make it easy on yourself, a basic knowledge of (building) materials, a construction background and/or a good general technical understanding are an added value
• You have a social personality and a high degree of customer focus
• You communicate correctly, positively and clearly both orally and in writing
• Being computer literate is a key competency as a placeholder
• You are a "hands on problem solver" and respond flexibly to changing situations
• You have a great eye for detail to create a complete place description.
