Real estate signs and design

Our high degree of flexibility allows us to install the sign in your chosen house style within five working days, where you can completely determine the design, colour and dimensions of the sign.

Flat signs and adhesive signs
Flat signs
Our flat boards are made of channel boards (polypropylene) 4 mm thick. They are mainly used in combination with racking.
If you have purchased flat signs from us, we will take care of the storage and carry out the installation at your convenience. We also take care of dismantling afterwards so that you are completely unburdened.
Adhesive signs
Our adhesive boards are made of channel boards whose channel direction is parallel to the long side of the boards. Despite their light weight, they are very sturdy.
Our adhesive signs are printed on 4mm thick channel boards as standard. They are also provided with folding lines and double-sided tape, so that the signs can be easily and quickly attached to a smooth surface, for example on a window.

Dimension boards
Would you like to highlight your project with a large, eye-catching sign? Then our custom-made signs might be for you. We use a PVC foam board that is moisture-resistant and meets the strictest requirements. Our made-to-measure boards are lightweight, yet very sturdy.
The signs are printed on 10mm-thick PVC sheets and are installed within 10-14 days. Don't have your own design yet? At Vastgoedexperts, we are happy to help you get started!
Standard sizes for custom boards are: 1220 x 2440mm, 2440 x 2440mm, 2000 x 3000mm, 2440 x 3660mm, 2440 x 4880mm, 3000 x 4000mm. Is the size you need not among them? No problem, non-standard sizes are also available.
Mounting your sign can be done in two ways: in the ground or with ballast. You can also choose the arrangement yourself (single-sided, double-sided or V-arrangement).
Banners and stickers
Yard and banners
A yard canvas is a wind-permeable banner often used around construction projects to attach to Heras fencing.
Our banners can also be used as tarpaulins or promotional banners. The banner can be mounted effortlessly in, for example, an aluminium frame.
Stickers
Would you like to attract the attention of passers-by? Then you can also opt for full window stickers. We make your design completely customised. This way, you can promote the sale of a property, but equally, you can make your own brand stand out.
Sold/rented
As an estate agent, have you sold or rented a property? Then have a sold/rented sign placed on your previously placed immobord. That way, everyone knows you are a top estate agent!
Would you rather go for a cheaper alternative? Instead of a sold/rented sign, you can also opt for a sticker. You can apply it yourself or have it applied by Vastgoedexperts.
