Good news! Real Estate Experts will be a structural partner of CIB, the Confederation of Real Estate Professionals, from May 2025. CIB is the professional association of estate agents, syndicates and other real estate professionals and is an important bridge-builder within the sector. To interpret this unique partnership, we talked to our general manager Marc Reijmen: "CIB is very selective in appointing structural partners and we are therefore very proud to be part of this group."

To start, perhaps introduce the two parties, starting with Real Estate Experts?
"Yes indeed, Real Estate Experts has been operating as an inspection body since 2017 and has helped countless estate agents and syndicates with all their property inspections over the years. Just think of EPC inspections, asbestos inventories, electrical inspections, fuel oil tank inspections/remediations, but also our real estate signs department is very popular among estate agents. We really try to take on the role of a 'one-stop shop' where both professionals and individuals can go with all their real estate needs."
And what can you tell us about CIB?
"CIB is a real household name within the real estate world. As a professional association, they have more than 3,500 affiliated members and are therefore strongly entrenched within the sector, just like Real Estate Experts by the way. They also make it their mission to strengthen and promote the broker/syndic profession, which is obviously very admirable. They have been providing support in the real estate sector for many years and in various ways. Just think of the many events they organise every year."
How did this collaboration actually come about?
"Since Vastgoedexperts has a strong focus on the real estate professional, which we also include brokers and syndicators, it seemed a logical step for us to collaborate with CIB on a structural basis. The partnership allows us to be even closer to the broker/syndic to gain a better understanding of their wants and needs. This allows us as a company to continue to optimise our operations towards the future. In turn, CIB members can become acquainted with our range of services in a non-committal way. A win-win situation as far as we are concerned! Moreover, Vastgoedexperts and CIB share the same core values: high-quality service, clear communication and an innovative approach. That too is important in a partnership!"
What will CIB members notice from this collaboration?
"Thanks to this new collaboration, CIB members will be kept up to date with any new developments at Vastgoedexperts. Think about special actions, new services, discounts,... So as a real estate agent, be sure to keep a close eye on CIB's newsletters if you don't want to miss anything! Moreover, it will soon also be possible to request an inspection from Vastgoedexperts via the RealSmart platform. Of course, brokers can also still place orders via our own online portal, as they have been used to for some time now."
And you also launched the partnership appropriately?
"True! Since it is a special event anyway, we decided to launch a unique promotion where CIB members can win a VIP package for the football match between Racing Genk and Anderlecht in the Champions Play-offs. The winners will have the chance to watch the match live from our Vastgoedexperts lodge and can also enjoy a sumptuous dinner with all the trimmings. Participation is still possible until 19/05/2025 via the link that CIB has sent out via email to all its members."
