Property experts are looking for an AP bookkeeper!

Real Estate Experts specialises in offering services associated with the sale or rental of real estate. We do this by starting with our team from the interests of our customer with an offer based on broad expertise.
We are responsible for carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), as well as inspections and regularisations of electrical installations and heating oil tanks. The drawing up of site descriptions, the installation and removal of property signs, and the issuing of asbestos certificates are also part of our services. At Vastgoedexperts, we work with a young and ambitious team. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Bookkeeper from the Laakdal region.
What will your job description/role look like?
- Processing incoming invoices and ensuring correct VAT processing for the various companies within the Vastgoedexperts Groep.
- Follow-up of the approval flow via the accounting package
- Preparing payments
- Processing of bank transactions
- Creating and correctly registering fixed assets & financing
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Responding to supplier queries
- Actively contributing to process optimisations
- Cover for colleagues' holidays
What do we expect from you as an AP Accountant?
- You have obtained a bachelor's degree in a financial field or have equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within accounting.
- You work in a structured, accurate and independent manner
- You're an administrative whizz
- A hands-on mentality: you take on tasks independently and assume responsibility
- You have good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Exact Online is an advantage but not a requirement.
- You are flexible and can be deployed in a fast-growing company.
- You speak fluent Dutch
