Who is Real Estate Experts?
Real Estate Experts is a young, ambitious and growing company based in Laakdal. Because we don't sit still (and don't intend to), we are expanding our office team. You will mainly work from our Inpress office in Wilrijk, where you will end up in a dynamic and no-nonsense working environment.
What will you do as an assistant calculator?
You mainly support our calculator (Tom) and occasionally the project manager (Christophe). Specifically:
- Support the calculator and project manager (focus on calculator)
- Sending and following up standard offers and distributing confirmed offers to the correct service
- Administrative tasks such as:
- input from new jobs
- applications for licences
- general follow-up
- Telephony and mailbox management
- Being back-up when the estimator or project manager is needed elsewhere for a while
In a nutshell: you make sure everything keeps running smoothly behind the scenes.
Who are we looking for?
- You are organised and like an overview
- You work accurately but do not get lost in details
- You communicate fluently (by phone and e-mail)
- You can work independently but are also a real team player
- Experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
