We are responsible for implementing EPC inspectionsbut also for inspections and decontamination of fuel oil tanks. Drawing up site descriptions, (dis)assembly of real estate signs and issuing asbestos certificates are also part of our range of services. At Vastgoedexperts, we work with a young and ambitious team.

Due to our move to a larger office building, we are looking for an enthusiastic cleaning assistant (V/M/X).

What your day looks like as a Cleaning Assistant

You will ensure daily that all office spaces located in Laakdal (2430) and Wechelderzande (2275) are kept clean. This includes desks, cabinets, meeting tables,... in the office spaces.

You are also supposed to take care of all other areas around the offices. This includes the plumbing, kitchen, training room, printer room, warehouse....

Finally, our plants also like to get plenty of water during the weeks. Besides cleaning all the rooms, this is also part of your duties.

The necessary materials and products to perform your job will be available on site.

We provide a motivating salary package with fringe benefits such as a company car (van) with fuel card and meal vouchers. You will work a 38h week, so your working day will end earlier on Friday. Starting hours are negotiable at start-up.
