Real estate experts is a young and dynamic Belgian company specialises in offering services associated with the sale or rental of real estate. We do this by starting from our customer's interests with an offer based on broad expertise.

We carry out EPC inspections/EP-W inspections, as well as inspections and regularisations of electrical installations and fuel oil tanks. We also provide site descriptions, property photography, (dis)assembly of real estate signs and delivery of asbestos certificates.
At Real Estate Experts, we work with a young and ambitious team. Due to our Strong growth in the Netherlands, we are looking for candidates Energy Consultant Energy Label (EP-W / EP-U). You do not need to have completed any training for this, you can obtain it through us.

Your job as an energy consultant

You will go on site visits in your assigned region in the Netherlands. Our planning department will map out the route for you (taking your home address into account). You carry out on-site measurements, collect the necessary documents and complete the certificates independently. Afterwards, you ensure that your files are completed on time at home or at the office.

As it is often the first time for many clients to have an inspection carried out, you will be on hand to answer their questions, both on site and via email and phone. You are customer-friendly and goes respectfully dealing with their property.

This job requires a lot of independence but at the same time you can count on thorough support from your colleagues.

Your strengths as an energy consultant

• You don't necessarily have an HBO degree, but you do have an HBO mindset.
• You are driven, eager to learn and willing to attend training and/or refresher courses
• You communicate easily and clearly and are customer-friendly
• You work independently, proactively and problem-solve
• You are flexible, enjoy working with others and contribute to a positive working environment
• You are computer literate
• You speak fluent Dutch and can get by in English and/or French
