Real Estate Experts specialises in offering services associated with the sale or rental of real estate. We do this by starting with our team from the interests of our customer with an offer based on broad expertise.
We carry out EPC inspections, as well as inspections and regularisations of electrical installations and fuel oil tanks. Drawing up site descriptions, (dis)assembly of real estate signs and issuing asbestos certificates are also part of our range of services. At Vastgoedexperts, we work with a young and ambitious team. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Energy Experts type A for the Leuven region.
What your day looks like as an energy expert
You will go on site visits in your own region. Our planning department will map out the route for you (taking your home address into account). You carry out on-site measurements, collect the necessary documents and complete the certificates independently. Afterwards, you ensure that your files are completed on time at home or at the office.
As it is often the first time for many customers to have an inspection carried out, you will be on hand to answer their questions, both on site and via email and phone. You are customer-friendly and treat their property with respect.
This job requires a lot of independence but at the same time you can count on thorough support from your colleagues.
