Real Estate Experts specialises in offering services associated with the sale or rental of real estate. We do this by starting with our team from the interests of our customer with an offer based on broad expertise.

We carry out EPC inspections, as well as inspections and regularisations of electrical installations and fuel oil tanks. Drawing up site descriptions, (dis)assembly of real estate signs and issuing asbestos certificates are also part of our range of services. At Vastgoedexperts, we work with a young and ambitious team. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Asbestos Experts from all over Flanders.

What your day looks like as an Asbestos expert

You will go on site visits in your region. Our planning department will plan the route for you (taking into account your home address). On average, two asbestos inventories are expected to be completed in a full working day. You carry out the asbestos inventory on site, collect the necessary documents and samples. Afterwards, you ensure that your files are completed on time at home or in the office.

As it is often the first time for many clients to have an asbestos inventory carried out, you will be on hand to answer their questions, both on site and via email and phone. You are customer-friendly and treat their property with respect.

This job requires a lot of independence but at the same time you can count on thorough support from your colleagues.

Why you are cut out for this job

Can you present a valid personal certificate as an ADI? Fine! Then experience is not a must if you are driven, eager to learn and willing to attend training and/or refresher courses. Of course, experience as an asbestos expert is a great asset!

Even more importantly, you should be friendly and clear in communicating to our customers, be able to work problem-solving and independently and finally find a smooth vibe with the computer.
