Real Estate Experts is a young and dynamic company specialising in offering services associated with the sale or rental of real estate. We do this by starting from the interests of our customer with an offer based on broad expertise.
We carry out EPC inspections, as well as inspections and regularisations of electrical installations and fuel oil tanks. We also provide site descriptions, property photography, (dis)assembly of real estate signs and delivery of asbestos certificates (2020).
At Real Estate Experts, we work with a young and ambitious team. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for a Placer of real estate signs from the Kortrijk region
Your challenge as an immborden placer
Do you like working outdoors and are not afraid of heights? Are you a daredevil who is also technically strong? Then be sure to read on. Because in this role (after training) you will go out daily in your assigned region to install and remove real estate signs for our customers. It goes without saying that you will always work in compliance with our procedures and safety regulations. Our planning department will map out your route and assist you where necessary during your working day. You keep the records of each placement/removal with a tablet and forward them daily to head office.
Your strengths
- You live in the Kortrijk region
- You are a positive thinker with a great sense of responsibility: safety and delivering quality are your priorities.
- You can work autonomously without losing team spirit.
- You communicate fluently, positively and clearly in Dutch and can get by in French if necessary.
- You are a “hands on problem solver”, respect (sometimes sharp) deadlines and respond flexibly to changing situations (no 9 to 5 mentality).
- You love working outdoors. A gust of rain doesn't change your work ethic.
- You have a driving licence B in your pocket.
- You ideally have ‘construction-related’ work experience.
